Revision introduction

A set is a well-defined collection. If A={1,2,3} and B={3,4}, their union contains every distinct element and their intersection contains shared elements. A relation links members of sets; a function assigns exactly one output to each input. Advanced Mathematics is an optional extension, not a replacement for standard Mathematics.
