Original practice

Why warm up before exercise?

  1. Prepare the body progressively for activity
  2. Guarantee no injury can occur
  3. Replace all skill practice
  4. Avoid hydration

Worked answer

Prepare the body progressively for activity

A gradual warm-up prepares circulation and movement; it does not guarantee prevention of injury.
