Revision introduction

Sanskrit is the demo school’s third language. R3 in this transitional cohort is internally assessed. Use the school-selected R3 resources and a suitable local literary text; the full Sanskrit R1/R2 syllabus is not imposed on R3. Practise a short introduction, familiar vocabulary and simple subject–verb agreement.

Curriculum navigation

  1. Listening and speaking
  2. Reading familiar texts
  3. Basic sentence construction
  4. School-selected literary supplement

Consult the current official syllabus for examinable sections, project-only content, practicals, prescribed texts and exclusions. A unit index does not override those boundaries.

Original practice

  1. School-based internal assessment
  2. Separate Class X board paper
  3. No learning required
  4. Science practical examination
